MEET NIKKI
Hey there- my name is Nikki. I'm an Arizona girl with a travelers heart. Recently replanted back in the desert with my high-school-sweetheart turned husband and children that have fur. My photography obsession stemmed from a hot pink point and shoot digital camera in my moms flower garden when I was 11. Since then I've been "the girl with the camera".
I graduated the University of Arizona (Go Cats) with my Bachelor's in Communications back in 2018, somehow the universe pushed me back towards photography and I ran with it. 6 years later I’m traveling around the world documenting love stories.
In my spare time I love reading, hiking, lifting/running, hanging out at home with my family & drinking a nice glass of wine or margarita. I prefer mountains over the beach but I’ll happily be at either.

My idea of a good time? A double margarita or solid pour of wine, a great outdoor setting & surrounded by my people.
Who am I as a photographer?
As a photographer I’ve just always loved documenting moments. The big moments but also the moments that might go unnoticed by those who aren’t looking closely. The laughs, the joy, the tears, the precious hugs.
As an artist I have grown to value what it means to take in a scene and make it look the best it can possibly be. Working with light, creative mediums, shadows, colors, costumes, etc. Breaking traditional rules of photography and using photography as a form of creative expression.
Which is why I adopted the term Documentary & Editorial Photographer. The best of both worlds.
